The Indian Coast Guard (Ministry of Defence),an Armed Force of the Union invites applications from Male Indian candidates to join as Navik (General Duty) 10+2 Entry-02/2017 Batch in the Indian Coast Guard, an Armed Force of the Union.Applicants may submit online application from 10th March 2017 to 22nd March 2017 till 1700 Hrs.

Name of Post : Navik (General Duty)

Pay Scale : Basic Pay of Rs. 21700/- (7th pay commission recommendation). Plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances

Age Limit : Minimum 18 Years and maximum 22 years i.e candidate must have been born between 01 August 1995 to 31 July 1999. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC candidates

Education Qualification : Candidate must have passed Matriculation (10th Class) with 50% marks in aggregate from a board of Education recognized by Central/State Government

Selection Process : Selection process will consist of written test (objective type), Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Medical Examination (Preliminary). Tests will be conducted in April 2017.
